Anne Gresham, RN, CNS

Anne GreshamMS, CNS  is a 1983 graduate of the University of Minnesota Graduate School of Nursing. Her training focused on clinical psychiatric and mental health nursing as well as adult education. In addition to being a psychiatric prescriber, her experience includes extensive work with family sexual abuse, sex offenders, trauma disorders, and both standard Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RO-DBT), in which she was intensively trained in 2014. She has been instrumental in developing RO & DBT Training Partners LLP and in assisting other programs in their development of DBT related services.  She is also an administrator for Radically Open, Ltd.  She, along with her business partner, have trained hundreds of mental health professionals throughout the country in Standard DBT and now offer one day introductory trainings in Radically Open DBT.

Chris Kvidera, LICSW

Chris KvideraMSW, LICSW , is a 1988 graduate of the University of Minnesota School of Social Work. Her graduate training was a clinical track emphasizing Health and Mental Health. She spent several years working primarily with clients who have trauma related disorders. Since attending a 10 day intensive workshop with Dr. Marsha Linehan in 1997, Chris has been practicing Standard DBT and has developed effective Dialectical Behavior Therapy programs in out patient settings.  She, along with her business partner, have trained hundreds of mental health professionals throughout the country in Standard DBT. In 2014 she was introduced to Radically Open DBT and has since become a senior clinician in the RO DBT community and offers one day introductory trainings to mental health professionals.  She is also an Executive and Personal Life Coach.

Kristen Fritsinger, LICSW

Kristen Fritsinger, MSW, LICSW, obtained her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of St. Thomas/College of St. Catherine in 2000.  She spent numerous years working with adults who have serious and persistent mental illness, with a range of diagnoses. In 2004, she joined and became a partner at DBT Associates. She has been extensively trained in standard DBT since 2006. She currently co-facilitates a DBT skills group.  Since 2015, she has completed several 10-day Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RO-DBT) Intensive Workshops. She provides individual RO-DBT therapy to adolescents and adults, in addition to co-facilitating RO-DBT skills training classes.  She is a member of the RO-DBT Senior Clinician Team, which comprises of RO clinicians around the world. She was the first RO clinician in the United States to become certified as a RO-DBT supervisor and the first fully accredited US RO-DBT intensive trainer. She and her spouse bought DBT Associates in 2019.  She has a passion for counseling, training, and providing supervision to other professionals.  Her other loves include: running with her golden retriever, watching her son play hockey, rock climbing with her daughter, and chilling out with her spouse.
